Major works executed comprised mainly of Construction of a World Bank financed 20.5 km Western and Eastern Bypass in Meru to bitumen standard. 50mm Finish type 50mm AC Type 1. Construction of a dual carriageway in a semi-urban area that consisted of complete new alignment. There was massive concrete works that consisted of 5 major structures i.e an Overpass(2no.), Underpass(1no.), Bridge-3 span(1no.) and bridge-1 span (1no.). Major excavations and backfilling works were carried out at the major structures. There were also numerous existing water lines within the road corridor that were relocated.

- Major Bridges and Concrete Structures
- Kathita West Bridge which is a 50 metres, 3 span Concrete and steel composite bridge with upto 15m high abutments/piers, 40m long x 15m high wingwalls/ retaining wall (Concrete amount 5,000m3)
- Kathika East Bridge which is a 20metre, single span composite bridge with 15metre high abutments (Concrete quantity – 1000m3)
